2. Hosting
This website is served via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technical access data on our behalf and delivers the site through its global network. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
3. Server log files
When the site is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded (browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time, IP address). This data is used for technical delivery and security and is not combined with other data sources.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses TLS encryption for security reasons. Data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties in transit.
5. Contact form and email
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and there are no statutory retention obligations. For the technical delivery of the contact form we use the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the form data solely to deliver it to our email inbox.
6. Fonts
We use only locally hosted fonts. There is no connection to Google Fonts servers or other third parties; no personal data is transferred to third parties in this context.
7. Videos
Videos embedded on this website are served locally from our hosting. No connection is made to third-party video platforms, and no personal data is transferred to third parties in this context.
8. Cookies and analytics
In its current form this website does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. If audience measurement is added in the future, this will only happen with your consent via a consent banner.
9. Retention period
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this policy, personal data remains with us until the purpose of the processing no longer applies or you make a justified erasure request. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for FROLER, s.r.o. is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your own member state.
